Respect

We are not "just your cleaner", we are also Business Professionals.

Disrespect is shown in the following ways:

↳ Treating them as though they are beneath you.
↳ Micromanaging: Following them from room to room and watching their every move.
↳ Overstepping: Making unreasonable demands or expecting tasks outside their formal duties.
↳ Vague communication: Giving unclear directions that make it difficult to do the job effectively.
↳ Unsafe conditions: Expecting them to handle hazardous materials or work in unsafe, unsanitary environments.
↳ Failing to prep: Leaving heavy clutter that prevents them from cleaning smoothly.
↳ Distracting them: Interrupting their workflow and not giving them ownership of their workspace.
↳ Late payments/requesting discounts: Disregarding their professionalism, time and ignoring when invoiced.
↳ Lack of courtesy: Treating them as invisible instead of offering a simple greeting to make them feel welcome in your home.
